Jeffrey is a founder of ARP, and has extensive advertising and technology experience leading and scaling large sales teams for global industry leading digital marketing companies.

As a founding member of ARP, James has led large scale sales divisions for leading digital companies. 

James has an extensive background in leadership, digital, and television advertising. His family has a background in education and his wife is a teacher for Frisco ISD and is a proud father of two boys.

Scott Hulin

Scott has 20+ years of experience driving operational efficiencies across multiple industries and leads the high-performing team that ensures our rockstar sales team has everything they need to be successful. 
Scott has a biology degree from the University of Texas at Austin and lives in McKinney, Texas with his wife and two teenage sons.

Aaron Allen

Aaron has been in the digital advertising space for 15 years and involved with Association marketing for the last 13. Aaron oversees the Target Marketing division and specializes in programmatic advertising, Google AdWords, LinkedIn, and social media marketing.

He has had been happily married for 20 years to Ashley, and has two children in high school, Alivia and Austin. Aaron enjoys traveling, playing golf and spending quality time with his family.

She loves working with all our partner associations, researching their industry, and creating targeted content for their members.

Peter’s wife Amy is a software engineer, and they have 3 children.
